1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Lucky's website, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Orders and Payments
All orders are confirmed only after stock and payment verification. We may cancel orders in case of fraud suspicion or pricing errors.
3. Delivery and Returns
Delivery timelines are estimates. Returns are processed according to our return policy and applicable law.
4. User Account
You are responsible for account credential confidentiality and all activity made under your account.
5. Member benefits
The loyalty program may change. Coins are non-cash and non-transferable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lucky's is not liable for indirect damages resulting from website use to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Availability and Errors
Stock is updated regularly, but an order is confirmed only after staff verification. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact the customer before fulfilment or refund the payment.
8. Prohibited Use
Fraud, automated attacks, interference, use of another person’s account, and attempts to alter prices, discounts or payment status are prohibited.
9. Promotions
Promotions may have product, date, branch, customer or redemption limits. Any paused or discontinued benefit will be clearly identified before use.
10. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate name, phone, city and delivery information. We may contact you to clarify an address, confirm availability or arrange an international courier quote.
11. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms with a new effective date. The version accepted at checkout and the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic govern the order.
